Welcome to Paint Inspire Create! By booking our mobile paint parties, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and seamless experience for all participants.

User Responsibilities: Participants are expected to arrive on time, follow all safety guidelines, and conduct themselves courteously. Children under 18 must have a parent or guardian present. Participants agree to respect the equipment, supplies, and property used during the event.

Payment Policy: Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. We accept all major credit cards and electronic payments. Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the event are subject to a cancellation fee or may incur full charges.

Cancellation Policy: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or emergencies. Participants will be notified as soon as possible and offered alternative dates or refunds.

Liability Waiver: Participants acknowledge that participating in art activities involves certain risks, including but not limited to material stains, minor injuries, or allergic reactions. By participating, you agree to hold Paint Inspire Create harmless from any claims or damages resulting from participation.

By attending a Paint Inspire Create LLC event, you acknowledge and agree that:

Participation involves the use of art supplies, paints, and related materials, which may cause stains, spills, or minor injuries. You assume full responsibility for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss that may result from participation. Paint Inspire Create LLC is not liable for damages to clothing, furniture, or property at the event location.

Chargeback Policy

By booking with Paint Inspire Create LLC, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us to resolve the issue. Unauthorized chargebacks are a violation of these Terms and will be disputed with the payment processor, along with supporting documentation of your booking and participation. Clients who initiate improper chargebacks may be prohibited from booking future events and may be held responsible for any fees incurred.

Copyrights and Usage Rights: All artwork created during our events remains the property of the participant. However, Paint Inspire Create retains the right to use images of the artwork for promotional purposes unless explicitly restricted.

General Policies: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion. Our business complies with all applicable health and safety regulations. Participants agree to abide by these policies to ensure a positive experience for everyone.

Alcohol Policy:

Private Residences

If your event is held in a private home, guests may provide or bring their own alcohol (BYOB). The host of the residence is responsible for monitoring responsible consumption.

Licensed Venues (Restaurants, Bars, Wineries, etc.)

If your event takes place at a licensed venue, alcohol consumption is governed by that venue’s liquor license. Guests may only consume alcohol as permitted under the venue’s license (purchase from the bar, bring your own only if the venue allows, etc.).

Unlicensed Venues (Community Halls, Studios, Event Spaces, etc.)

New York State law does not allow BYOB in unlicensed public or rented spaces. If you would like to offer alcohol at an event in such a location, either the host or Paint Inspire Create must apply for a Temporary Beer & Wine Permit from the NYS Liquor Authority, or the host can hire a licensed caterer who can serve alcohol legally.

Business Role

Paint Inspire Create LLC assists clients with guidance on alcohol rules and permitting, but final responsibility for compliance rests with the event host.

Liability

All guests must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcohol. Hosts and guests are responsible for ensuring safe and lawful consumption of alcohol at all events. Paint Inspire Create LLC assumes no liability for alcohol-related incidents.
